Compassion includes love, passion, kindness and desire to help people. We do what we love, we do our work with care and compassion, and more importantly, with our heart.
Joy includes freedom to express yourself, freedom to choose without fear, freedom to be who you are, and simply just be.
We believe it's important to experience
Joy in whatever you do in life.
Harmony includes peace and unity.
Differences need to be respected and
we highly value unity in diversity.
After all, this is the true essence of Yoga: a union.
We have a dream that all woman can have safe, comfortable and joyful birth. We believe woman can and should have empowering birth. They deserve a birth experience that is graceful and deeply satisfying. They deserve utmost love, care, respect, compassion and support.
We know giving birth is about expressing Love and creating Life. We understand giving birth is an act of highest bravery and courage, instead of fear. A birth of a child is fundamentally a spiritual achievement and being pregnant is a spiritual journey that takes union of mind body and spirit.
So let us give power and trust back to women. That they are beautiful, strong , confident and capable. That they have all the power and ability to give birth. That they are goddess.
When we empower woman, we empower humanity. When we create change through women, we create a better world. And a baby, that is worth among for

OUR PASSIONATE PEOPLE
A LITTLE NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
In 2018 Nujuh Bulan has reached a new phase, a new beginning. The 3rd year celebration reminds me how I grew as a person and also a deep reflection of my spiritual journey. The joy, the pain, the ultimate lessons. And I'd like to be celebrate all those moments. They made me who I am today. They made me understand more about people & life. So here’s my 5 top lessons in 2018 :
1. Embrace loss & failure
So in an entrepreneurial journey, you will face obstacles and failures. There will be roadblocks and you'd stumble. You’ll likely make mistakes, lots and tons of it. So, own it. Own its each mistake. Take a full responsibility of it. Own each mishap, each misstep, each wrong turn. Own it, and learn from it. You may also suffer a loss. Not just a money loss, but also a loss that relates to trust, relationship, mental-emotional loss. Nothing truly prepares you for a loss, any kind of loss. So if you experience it, take time to mourn, grieve and heal. Take time to integrate those experiences. Learn from resilient people who have survived and thrived.
Forgiveness is the most difficult virtue I’ve ever encountered in my 36 years of life. For me, it’s like the ultimate spiritual training. It took me years to understand it. So here’s what I know: The ultimate key of forgiveness is to forgive yourself. Forgive yourself, that you were not Aware what was happening. Forgive yourself, that you did not have capacity to deal with the situation. Forgive yourself that you needed to witness a human suffering that you weren’t able to cope with. Forgive yourself that you wish you fought back and had an equal fair battle. And the list can go on forever. But the main point is that: forgive yourself completely. Accept what it is. Learn to accept the things you cannot change and focus on the things you can. Be gentle with yourself. Have Compassion. This may take a longer process. And that’s okay, do what you can right now.
3. The Courage to Be Who You are
Being authentic and staying true to myself are important. I know my values, what I stand for and what I believe in. I am what I am. Integrity, personal ethics, closeness to truth, matter to me. I say what I mean and I mean what I say. Above all, being kind. Non-violence is the most basic, most fundamental thing that you can do to others as a human being. This year I also learned about Courage. Have a courage to embrace your flaws. Have a courage to fail, take risks and learn from mistakes. Have a courage to persevere and be steadfast. Have a courage to surrender and trust the process. Have a courage to Believe in Yourself.
4. Stay true to your Purpose
Building a team has its own challenging process. You'll meet different various kind of people. You cannot guess, you cannot assume. You can take them at face value, trust them, hoping you made the right choices. Even If you did make a wrong choice, you'll learn something valuable along the way (back to no. 1 & 2 above hehe). Relationship is a life long learning that ever changing. The more you know people, the more you know their deepest essence. At the end of the day, there's a natural selection, the truth reveals by itself, we want exactly to be who we really are, and we do what we feel is right - it is what it is. So stay focus, remain committed to your purpose, have a clear conscience, purify heart and spirit. Nujuh Bulan is always about its vision, values, people. Aligning NB's vision with the right people while serving women, mothers, fathers, babies, families, will always be my number one homework. Nujuh Bulan grew from 3 to 20 people, from 3 type of class to 25 different programs. And I'm sooo grateful for the whole NB team! They are the best of the best!
5. Enjoy the Ride
Aahh I should have known this line better! Change your thoughts and you'll change your perspectives. Keep moving forward, keep doing what you love to do, keep evolving, taking chances, unfolding, keep growing. Documenting progress towards goals, blessings and magic moment. Take a deep breath and relax. Ease the tension and relax. Let go. Release the pressure. Go with the Flow. Enjoy and savor the journey. Do your best. Practice Gratitude. Learn to enjoy the ride, have fun, and appreciate the present moment!
“While on this ride called life you have to take the good with the bad, smile with the sad, love what you got and remember what you had. Always forgive, but never forget. Learn from your mistakes, but never regret. People change. Things go wrong. But just remember, the ride goes on.”
