We will do a mother's blessing ceremony, discover self expression through writing and drawing, healing through sharing and listening, understand 5 elements ritual, dancing and dynamic meditation, affirmation, visualisation, footbath and belly painting. This class is specifically designed to nourish, nurture your body, mind and soul, and help you feel a whole self again after giving birth. reconnect with your heart, mind, and spirit. In this class you will learn to understand physical changes and body recovery after birth, know the difference between postpartum blues and depression, be able to adapt with mental and emotional changes, guide you through self-care practices and provide a circle of trust and support in the journey of motherhood.

Healing from Loss

This class is specifically designed for those who had miscarriages, stillbirth, infant loss, child loss, or a significant loss in general such as the death of your loved ones. Joining a women's circle or support group can help you in coping with grief. 

When you share your personal story to the people who might experience a similar situation, you also allow them to feel and recognize that we are not alone in this journey. Especially during this pandemic, it is crucial we can
support each other. Come join us and let the healing begin.
