Listiana began her yoga journey in 2012 after finding relief to years of shoulder pain problem through yoga. |
The perception of yoga as an exercise regimen and the preoccupation with asana (postures) in some quarters of the yoga community motivates her to spread the awareness that the focus of yoga is for health and healing. Drawing from her personal experience with shoulder pain, she immersed herself with the study and development of different techniques to ease common muscle pain through functional yoga.

When she learned of her second pregnancy, she took up the studies of pre & post natal pregnancy yoga to gain
in-depth knowledge of the different methods to help pregnant women stay active during and after birth, ease pregnancy related pain and encourage them to practice poses to aid the labor process.

She has been exposed to various yoga and meditation styles; Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Guided Visualization Meditation, Mindfulness Meditation, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin and Anti-Gravity Yoga.

Together with her knowledge of pre and post-natal yoga, she combines meditation, pranayama, yin, restorative and elements of iyengar approach in her teachings to ease pregnancy related discomforts, relaxes the body and prepares moms-to-be for gentle birth.
